Cooking Good- a community cooking project that aims to transform lives through nutritious wholesome, budget-friendly meals. Educating people to make the most of food supplied while reducing waste and cutting down food shopping costs. Based in rural Daventry and South Northants, Cooking Good partners with community groups to deliver expert-led cooking sessions, resources, and support.

Their mission is to tackle health inequalities, improve cooking confidence, and promote mental and physical health. By empowering individuals and families to create healthy meals from scratch, Cooking Good helps people live healthier, more independent lives.

With delicious easy-to-follow recipes, useful articles on food preparation and savvy shopping, and beating the cost of living, Cooking Good makes healthy eating accessible to all.
