Sustainability and Community at Sol Haven Farm

Sol Haven is an award-winning community project nestled in Moulton, dedicated to bringing people together, tackling loneliness, and building confidence to thrive. It’s a place where connection and growth flourish, set against the backdrop of their cosy yurt that hosts regular events designed to inspire and uplift.

From Natasha’s award-winning vegan dishes to hands-on lessons in wellbeing and exploring the wonders of nature, Sol Haven is all about reconnecting with nature and finding your balance. It’s more than a garden—it’s a community.

The founders: Natasha (aka The Loving Chef) a talented chef who pours heart and soul into every dish to show people the joy, beauty and natural benefits of plant-based food, and Sammuel, a Wellbeing and Sustainability Champion committed to helping people live fulfilling, happier lives. With a passion for bringing folks together, Natasha and Sammuel work together with their team to create a space where everyone feels valued and empowered.

What sets their team apart is their shared lived experience. Every member has faced challenges with mental health, abuse, or addiction. This common ground fosters a deep sense of empathy, connection, and understanding with both course participants and fellow team members.

We invite you to join us for conversations about nature, art, food, music, and everything that adds joy to life on our wellbeing Podcasts (solhavens.co.uk) to reflect our deep commitment to mental health and personal growth. They’re a refuge from the pressures of modern life, inviting you to reconnect with nature and yourself. Through shared stories and expert insights, we explore mindfulness techniques and stress-reduction strategies that are at the heart of Sol Haven’s philosophy. .
